User Responsibility for Ingredient Safety: Users are responsible for ensuring that the ingredients purchased and used are safe and suitable for their specific dietary needs, including checking for potential allergens and following safe food handling practices.

Limitation of Liability

Release of Claims: By using the gbmeals service, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless gbmeals, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of the meal planning service, including but not limited to any injuries, illnesses, or damages you may suffer.

Use at Your Own Risk: You expressly agree that your use of the gbmeals meal planning service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and your use of the gbmeals service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbmeals is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Right to Cancel: At gbmeals, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.

Refunds for Annual Subscriptions

Annual Subscription Refund: If you have purchased an annual subscription and decide to cancel, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund. This refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription, using the monthly subscription rate.

Refund Process: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Access to Services Post-Cancellation

Service Access: Following the cancellation of any subscription, you will continue to have access to your meal plans until the end of your current billing period.

Renewal

Automatic Renewal: All gbmeals subscriptions, including annual subscriptions, are subject to automatic renewal at the end of each subscription period. You will receive a reminder email prior to renewal with details about how to cancel if you do not wish to renew.

Modifications to Services

Service Changes: gbmeals reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of its meal planning service with or without notice. We are committed to communicating any significant changes to our services to all active subscribers in a timely manner.

Account Information, Registration, and Deletions

Account Registration

Account Responsibilities

Personal Use Only: Your gbmeals account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use your account to sell or market services or products to others

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the gbmeals services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or related systems or networks.

Account Deletion

Voluntary Deletion: You may delete your gbmeals account at any time through the account settings on our website. Upon deletion, all associated data, including saved meal plans and personal information, will be permanently removed from our databases, except as retained in anonymized form or as required by law.
